I’ve spent fifteen years on the inside of technology transformation at global banks and wealth managers, the last several of them on AI — close enough to see why most programs stall, and it’s rarely the technology.
Today I’m a management consultant at eClerx, leading an AI transformation and automation squad for a global investment bank. Before that, I worked the same problem from inside the institutions themselves: rolling out AI agents, redesigning oversight, and rebuilding the trust that models alone can’t earn.
